646f9e108c Faruk Yazici (Erdal Besikcioglu) is the idealist governor of the Aegean city of Denizli, where a team of engineers from the Turkish Mining Exploration Institute (MTA) have recently discovered reserves of uranium. The governor joins forces with his childhood friend Omer Ucar (Ugur Polat), who heads the team of MTA engineers, in a fight against the beautiful and scheming bureaucrat Ceyda Aydin (Sebnem Donmez), who actually works to get mines in Turkey under the control of foreign companies. Interestingly, a number of unexplained murders are uncovered only a short while after the governor and the MTA engineers focus on the reserves in Denizli. Vali is a great movie which tells a governors real life story. In the movie Recep Yazıcıoğlu who was an ex governor of Denizli is played by the name Faruk Yazıcı.<br/><br/>The movie is a dram. The acting of players are fabulous. The story is greatwell. It&#39;s also a good action film. The story explains how the governor and people who are close to him are killed.<br/><br/>In Turkish Vali means governor. Recep Yazıcıoğlu was also called the great governor in the city. He was very famous in all over the countrywell. This movie is a reflection of his unknown death. It tries to explain how global terrorism or power manages todays world and its affects in Turkey.<br/><br/>This movie must be watched by every Turkish citizen due to its important value and memory of the great governor. Vali is one of the best Turkish movies. It is not the best, but it deserves a very important place… We are living in a world where crime, money and lies are in every corner of our lives and Vali shows us an important part of these lies. The acting was fine, the music was fine and the camera was also fine. Nothing did disturb me, unless the ugly truth… The movie could be a bit more longer, because at the end you have the feeling that not everything was shown enough. The movie has a good story that could be turned into a longer movie. This is my only complain… I recommend it to everyone and especially for Turks…..
